Allon was an Arjian dancer, slow to pick up on or engage in spoken language but able to communicate powerful emotions through movements.

Born late in the Sea's life, with little of the famous powers or receptivity of older ISOs, Allon lived as a relatively sheltered artist, almost never, in fact, leaving Arjia Colony. Though the hysterical ravings of such anti-Basic activists as Giles came across as unimpressive, lack of contact with and information about Basics did leave Allon with a number of false impressions about those User-created, an unfortunate but common phenomenon not helped by the colonies' relative isolation.

In the cycles leading up to Clu's coup, the program-ISO divisiveness became increasingly abrasive, and Allon withdrew, in the main, to ISO-only enclaves deep within the colony, teaching and performing for small groups. The Purge was unexpected when it finally came, and Allon, caught alone on a terrace, danced the last few moments of existence away as the colony fell.

Waking up in Tron City, not only alive but one of many other rerezzes, was a complete surprise.
